Paul Manley
Paul Manley is a member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie class of 2010 with a Bachelors degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science. He founded Manley Homes in 2014 in College Station after marrying his wife, Lindsey, and building their first home.
Paul has a passion for building homes that match the clients’ dreams and budgets. He has a knack for designing homes (and remodeling homes) with functional space. While any plan can be executed, Manley Homes is known for open floor plans with lots of storage spaces. In addition, these homes offer a unique rustic touch giving a welcoming feeling.
Paul and Lindsey reside in Wallis, Texas, where they have recently expanded Manley Homes’ service area. They welcomed their first son, Kent Hunter Manley in February 2017. They enjoy fishing, hunting, traveling, and cooking. Both Paul and Lindsey enjoy being hands-on their projects; from working with clients on their design selections to getting down and dirty perfecting the yard grades, you can be sure to see their familiar faces on the job.
